1. Merchant of record

Paddle.com Market Ltd is the merchant of record for all purchases made through 1Bit AI. Refunds are processed by Paddle and are governed by Paddle's buyer terms and refund policy, which apply in addition to the terms below.

2. Refund eligibility

We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a refund within 3 days (72 hours) of purchase.

Refund requests must be submitted through official channels with a detailed reason.

3. Non-refundable cases

  • Requests submitted after 3 days (72 hours) will not be accepted.
  • Users who have used more than 50% of their plan quota do not qualify for a full refund.
  • Users who violated the Terms of Service do not qualify.

4. Refund process

  • Submit a request via support email or the online support system.
  • We will review your request within 3-5 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.

5. Partial refunds

We may offer prorated partial refunds for partially used services.

The amount will be calculated based on usage and remaining period.
